The Center for Collaborative Heat Monitoring is proud to partner with Sanofi and Pocono Mountains United Way in 2026-2027 on a participatory campaign to learn more about air quality and health in eastern Pennsylvania. “Pure Air in the Poconos” will combine several types of data collection to learn as much as we can about air quality in the Poconos. This project is currently recruiting community members to participate in collaborative air quality monitoring.

This new study, called “Pure Air in the Poconos,” is a partnership between Sanofi, the Center for Collaborative Heat Monitoring, and the Pocono Mountains United Way.
